My facial treatments combine touch-based therapy, nutrient-dense skincare, and advanced treatment modalities to guide the skin into equilibrium.

01

STIMULATE

The skin craves movement. Using sculpting and fascia release techniques combined with a custom exfoliation method we will move stagnation, release tension, encourage cell turnover, and increase collagen production.

02

The skin is our barrier organ. This means oxidative stress from sun, pollution, the elements, and internal imbalances can cause damage that accelerates aging and skin disorders. We will combat this stress with a combination of anti-oxidant rich skincare, LED light therapy, and cryotherapy.

REPAIR

03

The lymphatic system runs through the skin collecting debris, waste, and pathogens while delivering essential nutrients to the skin tissue. This delicate system can become stagnant and backed up when dehydrated, stuck, or overburdened. We will open it up and move it along.

DRAIN

04

The skin resembles a sponge. In order to properly expand it to fill out fine lines and keep it plump, we have to infuse humectants, layer hydrators, and encourage product absorption through touch based therapy.

FAQ

  • Your facial will include:

Deep cleanse, lymphatic drainage, acupressure, muscle sculpting, tension release, dermal rehydration.

Depending on your skin type, goals, and the amount of time we have, you will also receive a combination of the following advanced treatment modalities:

LED light therapy, cryotherapy, microdermabrasion, gentle or advanced exfoliation, custom blended masks, and extractions if needed or requested.

The more time you book, the more we can achieve.

  • My practice uses the brands In Fiore, Marie Veronique, and Botnia. They are all small batch and clean, meaning the nutrients in the products are alive and vibrant, delivering potent vitamins, minerals, hydrators, and lipids to the skin without the need for extra stabilizers and inactive filler that most mass-produced skincare lines use. These products focus on supporting the baseline functions of the skin while actively repairing and preventing damage and imbalance.

  • This depends on your skin goals. To maintain a healthy glow and keep the skin regenerating at an optimal rate, coming in every 6-10 weeks is ideal. If you are trying to manage an active skin disorder, every 4-8 weeks until managed.

Additionally, some people come in seasonally, as needed, or before a special event. There is no wrong amount of my skin services you could receive. Get in touch with me to come up with a personalized treatment plan.

  • My treatments are a catalyst for regeneration, meaning everything we do aims to support the skin in repairing damage and creating new cells and collagen. This gradually happens in the days and weeks following your skin treatment.

    Day 1— Glowing

Day 2-4— Possible tightness or signs of healing

Day 5-7— Visible signs of regeneration start to appear

Day 7-14— Boosted vibrance and clarity

Day 14-28— Better overall tone and texture

    Rinse and repeat!

  • Your daily at-home skincare has the biggest impact on your topical skin health, so it’s very important you are using the right products. Instead of the standard product shaming or converting, I use my skin and product education to collaborate with you and fill the gaps in your routine. I prefer to use a mix of the skincare I offer at my studio and the skincare you already use and love.
