The Series is a health coaching program that focuses on personalized integration rather than generic protocols. It’s designed to draw you closer to your most confident self through instilling proper diet, lifestyle, and mindset principles so that you can achieve your goals with breath and clarity. This is not a drab “do and don’t” list that creates overwhelm and self doubt, but instead a guided course of body literacy, health tool box building, planning ahead techniques, and creating embodied routines that takes these concepts out of the intellect and straight into your day to day flow. Following traditional coaching methods, The Series aims to restructure the way you form habits so that the goals you achieve stick for good.

01— I use advanced symptom charting and health assessment forms to create a solid picture of what is going on with your health alongside the goals you come to me with. Specific recipes, supplements, and diet changes will be provided depending on your unique circumstances, imbalances, and starting place.
02— My nutrition ideology follows an intuitive eating style while also taking into account sensitivities, allergies, and intolerances. Correcting nutrient deficiencies takes priority over restriction. The core pillars in the diet sector of my coaching are mastering Quality, Composition, Portion, Timing, and Planning.
03— I specialize in addressing skin issues, gut imbalances, nervous system dysregulation, metabolic disorders, hormone health, and dysmorphia/food fear.
04— I studied as a nutritionist and trained as a coach to formulate my method for creating clarity, balance, and healing. I also work with the skin topically and offer packages for treating skin disorders IRL alongside the built-in guidance I offer for topical skincare refinement.
05— If you’ve worked with other practitioners and felt defeated by their extreme ideology, lack of actionable feedback, and inability to tailor to your needs, I am here to help. Building out your ideal routine should be fun— ultimately learning how to have your own back and live somewhere between fluid and structured is the goal.
