This is a skin health consult with the added layer of diet and lifestyle refinement. Our time together will be spent reviewing your symptom charting assessment, answering your specific questions, and defining what areas of your diet, lifestyle, and skincare regimen could use adjustment.

Process
01— Book your session, fill out the health assessment forms, define your main concerns. Download the Internal Meets External Guide and come prepared with your questions.
02— In session we will go over what your symptom tracking analysis showed, define 2-4 clear diet and lifestyle adjustments you can implement to better your skin health, and fill any gaps in your skincare and topical treatment regimen.
03— You will receive an email follow-up with the relevant resources and skincare product recommendations for embarking on your new skin health path.
04— Reach out for support if additional questions or roadblocks arise. I will be available to you by text within office hours for 30 days. You also have the option to book 60 minute follow-up coaching calls as needed or sign up for The Series.

The goal is to get you closer to you most embodied and fluid self.
